Timeframe: 1863-1864

Title: Isaac Wilson 1863-1864 Notebook | by Isaac Wilson

Surnames: Wilson

Summary: Isaac Wilson, a maternal great, great grandfather of Glenn N. Holliman, was bushwhacked while hoeing corn on his farm in Ashe County, NC in June 1864. My great grandmother, Francis Caroline Wilson (Osborne) was hoeing behind him. His death set off a chain of events recorded in the book Neighbor to Neighbor, p. 2007. This is a photo copy of his notebook containing names of his Home Guard roster and farm activities.
